You have to choose a vocal coach that will help you achieve YOUR personal singing goals, not a coach that can help you achieve what they are best at teaching.
Review the resumes of various coaches and ask yourself “is this the coach that can teach, guide and advise me in the direction/s of music/entertainment that I would like to pursue?” The answers to who you should work with are in the questions that you ask.
Do not be afraid to try a few different vocal coaches before you decide which coach to work with for a while. It is all part of the learning experience.
